Wheelbarrow Supplies will accept returns of non-faulty products but please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Before returning an item, please contact us by phone or email. All our returns are within our terms and conditions of sale but as a brief overview they are as follows:

Damaged items

Please examine all goods on delivery in case any damage has occurred in transit. Please notify the driver immediately of any problems and the delivery card should be signed accordingly. Please also inform us within two working days in writing with corresponding photos of the damage and the packaging.

We cannot guarantee to replace or repair items that have been signed for in good condition or 'unchecked' and are later found to be damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not accept any liability for any goods that have been repaired or used before being given the opportunity to inspect the item (s) or to give authority for repair work to be carried out or in cases where the components supplied have not been used.

We may offer a replacement of damaged goods and the buyer accepts that if a replacement is arranged sufficient time in accordance with lead times will be required.

If goods have been delivered in a damaged state and the seller feels the situation cannot be improved by authorising another delivery, we reserve the right to refund the buyer in part or in full and/or cancel the order in part or in whole.

We reserve the right to charge for any costs of (but not limited to) materials, labour, packaging, and carriage - where the sale of goods terms and conditions have not been adhered to by the buyer.

Unwanted or Item No Longer Required

When you as the buyer has received their order and no longer require all or part of the order then they may be returned to us at our discretion. If a return is agreed then the buyer has to arrange transport to our address at the buyer’s expense whereupon the goods will be inspected by the seller who will decide what, if any, refund is due.  Original delivery charges will in any case not be refunded to the buyer.

Incorrect or Sub-standard Items
Where the buyer receives sub-standard or incorrect goods they should inform the seller within 7 days of receiving the order. The seller may then arrange collection of the goods for return to the seller’s premises. Upon receipt the seller will inspect the goods and, if the items are sub-standard or incorrect, will either refund the buyer or replace the goods.  If the seller deems the goods to be satisfactory and as intended, the seller is entitled to return the goods to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Faulty Goods

Within 12 months of delivery, if there is a fault or other defect with the order, we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
Found to actually be faulty
in otherwise "as new" condition and
Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it

If the product is found not to be faulty no refund will be made and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please contact our Returns Department by phone or email, see details above. You will be allocated a returns number as authorisation to return your item and given details of where to send the item.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items the guarantee period is one month from delivery.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect may include a refund of the applicable delivery charge up to a maximum of £5.50. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only (i.e. premium services are not available).


Where the buyer has used or installed the goods then such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods are in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for checking that the goods are suitable for the purpose and that installation conditions are correct at the time of ordering.
